SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Orders submitted before 5pm friday are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders submitted after 5pm or over the weekend will be processed on the subsequent business day.

Ready made pieces typically ship 1-3 business days after confirmation. Custom candle orders typically ship 3-7 business days after confirmation.

All orders ship UPS® Ground. Shipping timing is 1-5 business days.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom nature of the work, all orders are FINAL SALE unless there is a processing error or they are damaged in transit. If there is a problem with your order I would be happy to resolve within 45 days of receiving the item. Please email returns@vastandtrunkless.com with details. Photographs of the items in question are required when requesting a replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
